Your information. Your choices.

Privacy Policy

Clear information builds trust.

This policy explains how EternalEdge Solutions, LLC collects, uses, and shares personal information, and how you can contact us about your privacy.

Effective date: October 16, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

EternalEdge Solutions, LLC (“EternalEdge,” “we,” “us”) provides business writing, operational support, and related services. This policy covers eternaledgesolutions.com, inquiries, marketing communications, and our business automation connections. When we handle information solely on a client’s instructions, our agreement with that client also governs that work. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us through contact forms, email, calls, consultations, newsletter sign-ups, and service requests. This can include your name, email, phone number, business or organization, correspondence, project requirements, and documents you choose to provide. Service relationships can also generate proposals, contracts, invoices, and transaction records.

Our website, hosting, analytics, and advertising tools can collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device details, cookie or advertising identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, and approximate location inferred from an IP address. Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other providers may connect these signals with information they hold under their own policies.

If you comment on a post, your comment, display name, and any public profile information can be visible to other visitors. WordPress may collect your IP address and browser details to support security and moderation. Please avoid posting confidential information or sending sensitive personal records through a general contact form.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide requested services.
  • Prepare and manage documents, projects, contracts, invoices, and client communications.
  • Send requested updates and marketing communications, with an unsubscribe option.
  • Understand website use, measure campaigns, and improve content and services.
  • Deliver and measure advertising, including interest-based advertising and remarketing through advertising providers.
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through site interactions, and from service or advertising providers in connection with the purposes described here.

4. Service providers, advertising, and other disclosures

We disclose relevant information to providers that help operate our website and business, such as hosting, email, forms, customer relationship management, cloud storage, accounting, analytics, automation, and social publishing services. Tools used in our business include WordPress, Google services, Zoho, Make, Canva, and social platforms. Each workflow should receive only the information needed for its function.

We do not sell or rent customer or visitor lists. However, disclosure of online identifiers and browsing or interaction data to advertising partners such as Google, Meta, or LinkedIn can qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law, or as a sale or targeted advertising under Colorado law, even when no money changes hands. Advertising partners may use this information to recognize browsers, measure conversions, build audiences, and show ads across services.

We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so, to professional advisers, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Public social posts and public comments are visible to their intended audiences.

5. Cookies, analytics, and embedded content

WordPress and related services use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Google Analytics helps us understand visits and interactions. Embedded videos, social feeds, and other third-party content may collect information when loaded, including when you are signed in to the provider.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although doing so may affect site features. Provider-level controls include Google My Ad Center, the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, Meta ad preferences, and LinkedIn advertising settings. These controls have different scopes and do not replace a legally required site-level opt-out.

6. Google account connections and automation

EternalEdge Make Automation connects authorized Google accounts with workflows we configure in Make. Depending on the permissions granted, a connection can access account email information, Google Drive files and file metadata, and, where a Gmail connection is expressly authorized, email content and related metadata. The current authorization includes broad Drive and Gmail permissions; a permission grant is not a statement that every file or message is used by every workflow.

We use authorized Google data to perform requested operational tasks, such as storing or uploading business content and passing selected files to a configured publishing workflow. Selected data may pass through Make and the specific services needed for that task. Google account access is separate from website advertising: Google API data is not used for personalized advertising, sold to data brokers, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

EternalEdge Make Automation’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Human access is limited to circumstances permitted by those requirements, such as your affirmative agreement for specific data, security investigations, or legal obligations.

You can withdraw Google access through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete files or records already transferred. Contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

7. Retention and security

We retain contact and inquiry records while needed to respond and manage the relationship; project and business records while needed for services, accounting, contracts, or legal requirements; marketing records while needed to manage subscriptions and opt-outs; and technical or advertising records according to the relevant tool settings and operational need. Retention depends on the record’s purpose, sensitivity, legal obligations, and whether it is needed for a dispute. Backup copies may remain until their normal deletion cycle.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

8. Your privacy choices

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link or contact us. Service and transaction messages may still be necessary. To request access, correction, deletion, or an advertising opt-out, email eternaledgesolutions@gmail.com, call 719-963-1999, or use our contact page. Include “Privacy Request” or “Do Not Sell or Share / Targeted Advertising Opt-Out” and describe your request. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless we arrange a secure verification method.

To opt out of browser-based advertising, visit Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Opt-out preferences and turn off Marketing. Turn off Statistics to decline optional analytics. These choices apply to the current browser and device; repeat them on other browsers or devices, and reset them if you clear cookies. The Privacy choices tab reopens these controls. Essential functions remain available. The site is configured to respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. An email request alone does not immediately block browser-based advertising tags.

9. Colorado and California residents

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale, cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, and certain significant-decision profiling. California residents may also have the right to limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We may need to verify identity for access, correction, or deletion requests using information reasonably related to the request. Authorized agents may submit requests; proof of authority and permitted identity verification may be required. An opt-out does not require creating an account. We respond within applicable deadlines, generally 45 days for access, correction, and deletion, with notice of any permitted extension. Applicable opt-outs are handled within their shorter legal deadlines.

Colorado residents may appeal a denial by replying to our response with “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days, and explain any permitted extension. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General. California residents can learn more or submit complaints through the California privacy portal.

California residents may also contact us about disclosures for third parties’ direct marketing under California’s Shine the Light law, where applicable. These state-law rights have definitions, thresholds, exceptions, and exemptions. Listing them here does not mean every provision applies to every interaction.

10. Children and sensitive information

Our services are intended for adults and organizations, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. Sensitive client records should be handled only through an agreed service process and appropriate safeguards, rather than public comments or ordinary inquiry forms.

11. Policy updates

We will post changes on this page and update the effective or last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice where required. New uses requiring consent will not be authorized merely by changing this policy. You can contact us to ask about or correct information we hold about you.
